• Clearance Sale, Refurbished, Used or Open Box Item: 90 Days warranty from the day customer receives the package; all used, open box and refurbished items will be tested before we ship out. If you need more information, please contact us via E-Bay messaging center. All sales are final, NO returns. DOA parts are subject to replacement only and must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
• Our warranty does not cover any misuse or physical damage due to shipping or customer neglect and compatibility issues.
• Before you return any defective items, please contact obtains RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) with us at http://www.wintecind.com/support/rma%20part%20a.asp on line customer service.
• Any return package without RMA number will be rejected or ignored, please attach the RMA Number with your Return item.
• Please return any defective item(s) within 14 Days when you got the RMA Number.
• For any returning product, Please keep in original condition and packaging within 14 days, we will give you a full refund of the sale price. ( Please note shipping are non refundable)

Return and Refund Policy:
• All returns must be in original condition, buyer is responsible for return shipping cost on all returning items. Item must return within 14 days of purchase date and with RMA number.

• Purchased item will be shipped within a business day when the payment is received.
• We do not ship to Po Boxes, Please provide a physical address.
• Free shipping does not include Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and APO/FPO.

• Our shipping system is AUTOMATED in which it is AUTOMATICALLY shipped to your PayPal “ ship to “ address, Please be sure to select the right address. We are NOT responsible for any lost packages.
• A tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of shipping.
